At ARC WW, I was an integral part of the Youth Team & Menu Innovations for the McDonald's account, which was structured around specialized teams dedicated to various segments of the business. My role was pivotal during the nationwide digital menu transformation, where we reimagined how customers interact with McDonald's from the point of order.
My contributions spanned designing packaging, conceptualizing and executing innovative interactive activities and immersive digital games. I led photoshoots and product launches, and coordinated altruistic initiatives to support The Ronald McDonald House Charities. Collaborating with esteemed partners such as DC Comics, Universal Studios, and Mattel, I engaged in multifaceted projects that touched all angles of the business, enhancing the McDonald's brand experience across multiple platforms.
